Motifs ad Infinitum is an immersive interactive experience by Selçuk Artut, exhibited at HOPE Alkazar. Inspired by historical Islamic geometric patterns from the Esrefoğlu Mosque in Beşşehir, the Yavuz Sultan Selim Mosque in Istanbul, the Shah-i Zinda necropolis in Uzbekistan, and the Alhambra Palace, the installation draws from architectural and cultural heritage. This experience reveals the lost connections between traditional “geometric art” and today’s “media art” through interactive, algorithmic aesthetics.

⚡ Challenge: To design and implement the UI and UX of the landing page using limited modular components—while translating a dense, symbolic narrative into a clean, infographic-based visual system.

Nike’s global Well Festival is built around a new definition of wellness — one that prioritizes physical, mental, and emotional health through five pillars: movementmindfulnessnutritionrest, and connection. I led the digital storytelling for the Istanbul edition, working 1:1 with the Nike USA & EMEA brand teams.

⚡ Challenge & 🛠️ Solution: During my internship at L'appart PR, I involved in Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Istanbul Shooting, which was held digitally due to Covid-19, I was responsible for producing detailed photographs for press and digital channels. As full-look shots were restricted to preserve the collection’s confidentiality, I later re-edited the visuals I captured into an experimental fashion series. This work explores the boundaries between fashion photography and visual manipulation through a bold, contemporary aesthetic.
